Infogrammy provides a platform that allows users to generate, customize, and download infographics using templates and AI-assisted tools.

## 4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.

You are solely responsible for activity under your account.

## 5. Subscription & Payment

Infogrammy offers paid monthly plans (Basic, Premium, Enterprise) with credits for content generation and editing.

- 1 credit equals 1 generation or edit
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
- All payments are processed securely through third-party providers
- You can cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds are provided for partial months

## 6. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload (e.g., PDFs, prompts). By uploading content, you grant Infogrammy a non-exclusive license to use it solely for providing the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring your content does not:

- Violate intellectual property laws
- Contain unlawful or harmful material
- Breach third-party rights

## 7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or access the Service in unauthorized ways
- Use the Service for illegal, harmful, or deceptive purposes
- Circumvent usage limits or security features

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violating this policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, especially for violations of these Terms or applicable law. You may also delete your account at any time.

- That the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted
- That your content will be preserved indefinitely
- That generated infographics will be legally or factually accurate

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infogrammy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
